Products & Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. RESKN products are cosmetic skincare products, not therapeutic goods. Results may vary between individuals.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include GST where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically at the selected interval. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All content on the RESKN website, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the property of RESKN and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESKN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
